CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not provide refunds under normal circumstances. However, if an institute purchases more subscription packs than required and some student slots remain unused, a partial refund may be considered under our cancellation policy. Please submit your refund request by emailing us at[email protected]with all relevant details. Cancellation, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 working days.
