All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and software, is the property of Primenuma Innovations Pvt Ltd or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent from us, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The venue of arbitration shall be Chennai, India, and the language of arbitration will be English. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, India, for any matters not subject to arbitration.

10. Force Majeure

Primenuma Innovations Pvt Ltd will not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of the Platform due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, natural disasters, or technical failures.

11. Export Control and Compliance with Local Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations of your home country and any other relevant jurisdiction, including Indian export control laws. You shall not export, re-export, or transfer the Platform to any country or person that is subject to international sanctions or trade restrictions.

12. Third-Party Links and Content

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such third-party sites or resources, and we do not endorse, and are not responsible or liable for, any content, products, or services on or available from such sites or resources.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, India.

14. Language of the Terms

These Terms are provided in English, which is the official and governing language for the purposes of interpretation and enforcement. If the Terms are made available in any other language, the English version will prevail in case of any discrepancy.

15. Account Termination for International Users

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, or delete your account, if we determine that your use of the Platform is in violation of any local laws, international sanctions, or any terms outlined in this Agreement.
